A Memory Cafe is a social gathering for those who are experience early stage dementia, mild memory loss or cognitive impairment, and a family member or care partner. The Cafe is a place to have fun, find support, and share experiences.
Are you interested in attending? We’d love to see you on the first Friday of the month. Check out the Lake Country Libraries Memory Project website for dates, times, locations! If you haven’t attended a Memory Cafe, please RSVP to the Alzheimer’s Association at 800-272-3900.
The Lake Country Memory Cafes are rotating between four public libraries in our area. Other participating libraries are the Hartland Public Library, Delafield Public Library, and the Town Hall Library in North Lake.
The Friday, September 1st, 2017 Memory Cafe will be hosted right here at the Pewaukee Public Library. Come and feel the warmth of friendship!
