A Cup of Health

Join us for monthly small-group health topic presentation for older adult learners with time for Q&A. Complimentary coffee, tea & treats. Meetings rotate between the Pewaukee and Brookfield Public Libraries and are presented by staff of the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Waukesha County. This month’s topic at the Pewaukee Library is bone health. Registration appreciated!
Tuesday, September 24th
Join us as author Jim Rice takes a look back at the great games, players and moments in Packer history. Jim uses photos of his extensive memorabilia collection of old football cards, newspapers and magazines to trace Packer history from Lambeau to LaFleur.
The ABC’s of CBD
Wednesday, November 13th
6:30 – 7:30 pm
Erica Mallory, RN, will cover the history of hemp in the United States, cannabis plant species information, details about how CBD works within the body and what body systems play a role in utilizing CBD, possible drug interactions with CBD, how to involve your doctor with considering CBD for your health and current laws surrounding CBD.
