A Cup of Health
Tuesday, November 20th 10:00 – 11:00 am
Join us for a monthly gathering to discuss health and wellness issues of older adults. Held at the Pewaukee and Brookfield Libraries, these sessions are presented by the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Waukesha County. Tuesday’s topic at the Pewaukee Library is Preventing Diabetes. Approximately 84 million Americans have pre-diabetes and 90% do not know it! Learn about pre-diabetes, assess your risks, and determine how to reduce your risk through lifestyle changes. Do you know the risk factors of diabetes?
