Learn how to transform a plain cupcake into a beautiful flower icing topped cupcake! Kate Pieters of Kate and Rose’s Sweet Creations will show us how to dress up our cupcakes for Spring, along with sharing decorating tips and tricks! Space is limited so this program is for adults only (18 and older). Registration is required and starts on February 25th!
