Read and enter to win local restaurant gift cards! Receive an entry for every 2 books read (up to 30 books) or every book review written (up to 15 reviews).
It’s A Puzzling World
January 8th – March 5th
Finish a puzzle, win a puzzle! Participants will receive an entry for each correct crossword puzzle submitted. You can return your puzzle to the lobby drop box or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Weekly puzzles will be available each Friday, starting January 8. Doc Talk Virtual Documentary Discussion
Tuesday, March 9th 6:00 – 7:00 pm
Join us virtually to discuss The Overnighters, a film often described as a modern day Grapes of Wrath. Place a hold on the DVD today or check with the Library’s reference desk for a copy. Watch and join us for a discussion via Zoom. Register and include your email address and we’ll email you the Zoom meeting link and password a few days before the meeting.
Virtual Book Club Discussion
Tuesday, March 16th 6:00 – 7:00 pm
Please join us for Books & Banter Virtual edition which meets on the third Tuesday of the month (excluding December). We discuss our selection on Zoom from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. The March selection is Afterlife by Julia Alvarez. Place a hold on the book today or check with the Library’s reference desk for a copy. Digital books and downloadable audio books are available through Libby and hoopla (with no waiting!) Register and include your email address and we’ll email you the meeting link and password a few days before the meeting.
What’s Cooking? Virtual Cookbook Club
Tuesday, March 23rd 6:00 – 7:00 pm
Join us for a virtual cookbook discussion! This month we’ll be talking dessert recipes. We’ll talk about the recipes we tried, the cookbooks we used, and any other favorite dessert recipes.
