The 2020 Summer Reading Program is here! Things are going to look a little bit different this year, but your Pewaukee Public Library is very excited to try some new things. We hope that you are too!
The Summer Reading Program officially begins on Monday, June 15, and runs through Saturday, August 15.
Readers and pre-readers of all ages can use an online program called Beanstack to track their reading as well as their participation in other activities this summer. Kids can earn badges as they hit certain milestones, as well as raffle tickets for the chance to win one of nine prize packs. You can also download the Beanstack app on your mobile device. Beanstack is published by Zoobean, Inc.
Beanstack is free and easy to use, and using this program means that there are no papers for you to keep track of. You can report your reading and earn your raffle tickets from anywhere without having to wait in line. Please note that while a paper option will also be available to those who need it, the Pewaukee Public Library strongly encourages all library users to track their reading through Beanstack if they are able to do so. Find helpful tip sheets here about Beanstack Registration 2020, Beanstack Activity Badge 2020, and Beanstack Raffle Drawing 2020
Please visit our online calendar of events for more information about this summer’s special events. All of our events will be virtual or contain a virtual component this summer for everyone’s safety. You can sign up for those events that require advance registration through the calendar of events.
